Stocks General Contractors is seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Operations Administrator to support our growing team.
This role is essential to maintaining structure, organization, and accountability across active projects and daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
● Take ownership of daily operational tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time
● Maintain organized and reliable systems for project documentation and internal records
● Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Proactively identify gaps, follow up on outstanding items, and keep workflows moving
● Communicate clearly with team members to resolve issues and prevent delays
● Consistently follow established processes while contributing to improvements over time
What We’re Looking For
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Reliable attendance and punctuality
● Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
● Clear, professional communication
● Ability to work within structured systems and processes
Preferred:
● Experience in construction or administrative support
● Familiarity with Google Drive and Microsoft Office

Schedule & Pay
● Full-Time | Hourly
● Monday–Friday (standard office hours)
